Documents
Driver's License: Generally, a forklift driver's license, that is, an N1 driver's license, is required. It belongs to the certificate for operators of special equipment, which proves that the operator has the professional ability and knowledge to operate a forklift. It can be obtained after participating in training and passing the examination at a training institution recognized by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
Operation Certificate: In some specific working scenarios or enterprises, operators may also be required to hold an operation certificate issued by the local relevant department or enterprise to ensure that they are familiar with the working environment and safety regulations.

Personal Protective Equipment
Safety Helmet: Protects the head from falling objects or collision injuries.
Safety Shoes: Have functions such as anti-smashing, anti-slip, and anti-static to protect the safety of the feet.
Work Clothes: Wear eye-catching and wear-resistant work clothes so as to be clearly identified during work, and at the same time prevent the clothes from being caught by the equipment.

Requirements for the Working Environment
Site Conditions: Although the off-road forklift can adapt to a variety of complex terrains, the working site still needs to meet certain conditions. The ground should be relatively solid and able to bear the weight and driving pressure of the forklift. Avoid working on overly soft or muddy sites to prevent the forklift from getting stuck. At the same time, the site should have enough space to facilitate the forklift to turn, turn around, and load and unload goods. The width of the passage is generally not less than 1.5 times the width of the forklift.
Lighting Conditions: If working indoors or in an environment with dim light, good lighting facilities are required to ensure that the operator can clearly see the goods, the site, and the surrounding environment to avoid collisions or misoperations.

Maintenance and Servicing Supplies
Daily Maintenance Tools: Such as wrenches, screwdrivers, grease guns, etc., are used for simple daily inspections and maintenance of the forklift, such as tightening bolts and adding lubricating oil.
Cleaning Supplies: Including cleaners, rags, etc., are used to regularly clean parts of the forklift such as the body, forks, and cab to keep the forklift clean and prevent dust, oil stains, etc. from affecting the performance and appearance of the forklift.
Vulnerable Parts: Some common vulnerable parts, such as tires, brake pads, filters, etc., should be prepared in an appropriate amount in advance according to the usage frequency of the forklift and the working environment, so that they can be replaced in time when the vulnerable parts are damaged, reducing downtime.

In addition, regular maintenance of the off-road forklift is also required, and a complete safety management system should be formulated to ensure that the forklift is in good operating condition and to protect the safety of the operator and the surrounding people.
