Self-loading concrete mixer is the combination of concrete mixer truck and cement mixer, which can automatically feed, measure, mix and discharge concrete mixture. Concrete Mixer Features:
1. High torque motor
Adopting BM5 high torque motor, the reducer is a reasonable ratio of two-stage high torque and higher efficiency
2. Man-sized radiator
Independent cooling system to ensure the control of oil filtration quality and temperature.
3. Double gear pump
High pressure, not easy to wear, increase the oil inlet and outlet to ensure the flow of the whole machine
4. Oilless bushing
Use oilless bearings, only need to inject butter once a year,wear resistance is 100 times that of ordinary sleeves.
5. Tubing
The whole vehicle's oil pipe adopts the 24 °international standard H-type joint, which has no oil leakage and oil leakage, and has a large flow.
6. Drive axle
The driving shaft adopts medium and large wheel side bridge, which is stable Low operating noise.
7. Gyroscope
The slewing bearing has a five-year warranty and uses a well-known domestic gyrator (imported worm motor)
8. The electronic weighing system
The Load cells are acting on the drum and technical data are displayed on the shovel loader weigher inside the cab.Two sets of joystick control system are situated on the two sides of driver's seat.
9. Color Monitor
The operation situation from the four sides of machine could be shown clearly on the Color Monitor, which increase the driving safety.
