Maintenance and Care

- Replacement of Wearable Parts: Replace wearable parts such as oil filters, air filters, and spark plugs at regular intervals based on the forklift’s usage frequency and working environment to maintain engine performance and service life.

Working Principle
The engine of an LPG forklift mixes liquefied petroleum gas with air and burns it in the cylinder to generate heat energy. This energy pushes the piston to move, converting heat into mechanical energy to drive the forklift’s movements, such as traveling, lifting, and tilting. During this process, LPG flows out of the cylinder, undergoes decompression and vaporization, mixes with air in a specific ratio, and enters the engine’s combustion chamber for combustion.
