Off-road forklift

Off-road forklift is a kind of engineering vehicle that can safely and efficiently carry out cargo loading and unloading, stacking and handling operations on sloping ground and uneven surfaces. The following is an introduction to it:

Features
Good trafficability: It uses large-diameter wide-based off-road tires. The minimum ground clearance is above 300mm, and the departure angle reaches more than 30°, enabling it to easily pass through complex terrains such as rugged and muddy areas.
Strong maneuverability: The swing angle of the vehicle frame generally reaches ±30°-40°. The steering system is simple, which can achieve a small turning radius. By operating the steering wheel to make the vehicle frame swing horizontally, the fork can be easily aligned with the materials.
High stability: The axle is designed specially. The rear axle is fixed to the vehicle frame, and the front axle can swing vertically relative to the vehicle frame by ±8°-12°. And a support hydraulic cylinder is installed, which can increase the lateral and longitudinal stability of the forklift.
Excellent braking performance: Except that small-tonnage forklifts adopt the expanding shoe brake structure, most of them are disc brakes. Some large-tonnage forklifts also use wet brakes. Independent hand brakes are the most common for parking brakes.
Wide range of functions: It is suitable for field projects such as urban construction sites, pipeline laying, oil field development, mountainous forest areas, etc. It is also used for container loading and unloading in port cargo yards. In wartime, it can also be used by the military to load, unload and transport military supplies along with the troops.

Structural Composition
Engine: Generally, diesel engines are used, such as the LR4105G diesel engine, etc., to provide power for the forklift.
Chassis: It includes the transmission system, drive system, etc. The transmission system mostly adopts a hydrostatic transmission structure, mainly composed of variable displacement pumps, variable displacement motors, etc.; the drive system mostly adopts a articulated vehicle frame, which can swing left and right to adapt to complex terrains.
Working device: Usually includes forks, gantry, etc. Some off-road forklifts can also replace a variety of attachments, such as side shifters, rotators, tilting forks, etc., to improve work efficiency.
Electrical equipment: It includes the lighting system, control system, etc., to provide guarantees for the operation and operation of the forklift.
