Features


  • Compact and Flexible: With a compact body, it can operate in narrow spaces, such as urban road construction, indoor demolition, small-scale garden work, etc. It can easily pass through narrow passages and doorways and reach areas that large equipment cannot access.
  • Easy to Operate: The control system is designed humanely. The operating handle is light, and the action coordination performance is good. Drivers can operate it skillfully after simple training, which reduces the technical requirements for operators and also shortens the training period.
  • Versatility: By replacing different working attachments, such as buckets, breaker hammers, drilling machines, log grapples, etc., it can achieve multiple functions such as excavation, breaking, drilling, and grabbing, and is widely used in different engineering fields.
  • Convenient Transportation: The 4-ton excavator is relatively light in weight, and it can be transported by an ordinary medium-sized truck or trailer. There is no need for special large-scale transportation equipment, which reduces the transportation cost and difficulty and makes the operation transfer between different sites more convenient.

  • Power System: Generally equipped with engines of brands such as Yanmar and Changchai, with a rated power between 27.6kW and 37kW. The power output is stable and can meet the operation requirements under various working conditions.
  • Working Weight: Usually around 3,680kg to 4,050kg, which ensures the stability of the machine during operation and is also convenient for transportation and site transfer.
  • Bucket Capacity: Generally between 0.14m³ and 0.26m³. Different bucket capacities can be selected according to actual operation requirements. For example, a bucket with a larger capacity can be selected when excavating softer soil to improve work efficiency.
  • Travel Speed: The travel speed (high/low) is generally about 4.2/2.6km/h, and it can be flexibly switched between high and low speeds to meet the movement needs in different operation scenarios.
  • Slewing Speed: The slewing speed is usually between 10rpm and 13.5rpm, which can complete the slewing action quickly and improve work efficiency.
